So you are on the job with a new guy and he claims to be a hot shot, but is he really?
Before you go dumping wood glue down his ass, you should test his actual knowledge on tools before you go after them with gusto.
One good way to start is to explain to them that some of the problems they have with their framing hammer is that it is a left handed hammer, not a right handed hammer.
That would explain why their elbow gets a bit sore. If they are left handed, well, they have a right handed hammer, not a left handed one.
Remember, the more people you can get to convince the hotshot his hammer is defective the better. This also works with saws, screwdrivers or paint brushes.
